Stalker - COP Mods (no longer actively supporting)

This upgrades the textures and heavily modifies everything from weapon balance to gameplay.  This was the first mod that enabled the troops at the bases to engage mutants, and made fog a real part of the atmosphere.  This is for those that find the Vanilla game much too easy, though it is still balanced (so the fog effects everyone, and the bullets hurt enemies just as much).
