FALLOUT 3 (no longer actively supporting)
Below you will be able to find the mods for Fallout 3. If you know the MOD you want you can scroll past the below description to get to your download.
TexMesh
Textures BSA and Meshes BSA (Two separate files to download). This is the total replacement of all the original textures (Tex) and meshes (Mesh) with my versions. This will both roughen them up and sharpen them. This achives an effect that is more realistic considering that this is 200 years after the nukes flew. It also tends to give more detail (though some is reduced to balance file size). Most of the long distance structure textures were doubled making, as was the rock texture that is primarily used in the wasteland. Meshes were altered to reduce glossiness and fix many small issues. This was done before the Unofficial Patch which covers most of these and many more, so install it (if you want). I also added a glow to most radioactive items and creatures (in the original game only). TexMesh tends to improve game performance rather than degrade it, though on higher end systems this will be hard to notice.
HiRes Main Pack
This is a general pack of HiRes textures to improve the overall game. It does not cover the armor or weapons to any great degree, but does cover the interiors of buildings, the landscape of the wasteland, and much more. Install this first of all the HiRes mods if you are not getting the TexMesh + HiRes Pack.
HiRes Armor
All the Vanilla Armor and Clothes. This includes the Transparent Visor and Merchant Armor patches.
HiRes Weapons
All the Vanilla Weapons.
TexMesh + HiRes Pack
This covers the TexMesh Textures, with the HiRes Main Pack, the HiRes Armor pack, and the HiRes Weapon pack, along with all the patches to date. You need to get the TexMesh Mesh BSA separately. This only deals with textures that were part of the original game in the original folders. Some mods are creating their own folders with copies of these files. They will not be using my textures (unless I have released a mod to alter their files or they asked to use mine). Future patches will identify themselves as not being part of this pack.
Since these combined file size of these textures is too large for the BSA file structure, these have to be loose files. Use ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated to make the installation almost as easy as the BSA (regular Res) version. This version should run slightly better (less lag) than the BSA version with the three mods added on afterwards.
FOOKU
This requires the mod known a FOOK to be installed first. You need version 1.6 or later. If later then do not use the FOOK.esp file in this mod.
This applies my process of sharpening and roughening with a new aspect I think of as scarring. This scarring is to represent the patching of the item, which is why it should look more like a patch with an arc welder instead of a hole. This mod will increase any texture in FOOK to HiRes, and decreases a few that were double what I consider HiRes. These double sized versions are availabe in the FOOKU Addon. I also moved all the
textures into the textures/GCG folder, and generated normal maps for most of the textures that did not have them. Both of these changes required the FOOK.esp to be edited, which will be used by the FOOK team to build the future releases which is why you do not need my version of the ESP after 1.6.
FOOKU Addon
This has alternate weapons textures for the 10mm pistol and A321Plasmarifle (though it can be renamed and used for any plasme rifle). It also has the double sized textures that I reduced in FOOKU. I also threw in a few of my Stalker Clear Sky textures as modders resources since some of these were used in FOOKU.
